Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Remake Doesn't Seem To Include Master Quest

Master Quest does not appear to be in the Nintendo Switch 2 remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, according to player reports. Some copies have gone out early, and at least one person has already finished the game.

Nintendo has not said anything about Master Quest for this remake. Some fans hoped it would be left for players to find on their own, but early players say it is not in the game at all. One player who has beaten the game says it does not unlock after finishing the story either.

Master Quest first arrived with the GameCube version of Ocarina of Time and returned in the 3DS remaster. It rearranges the dungeons and makes the enemies harder, and in the 3DS version the world is flipped.

Even though it doesn't appear to be in the game now, it could still be added later through an update or DLC, though nothing has been announced.
