Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake Leak Shows Big Fan-Requested Change to the Original
A leaked copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's Nintendo Switch 2 remake has surfaced, and it shows a change that fans of the original game have long wanted.
The original N64 version has Zora's Domain frozen over by a curse tied to Ganondorf. Players break the curse after finishing the Water Temple, but the area never thaws in that version, which many players found hard to accept at the time.
The leaked footage shows that this remake handles it differently. Once Zora's Domain is saved in the remake, it returns to its proper state. A screenshot from someone playing the leaked copy shows the updated area.

Last week we reported on Nintendo's comments about the remake, which you can read here: Nintendo Talks Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Remake, Recreated Everything From Scratch.
The remake is set to release this Thursday, November 5, so you won't have to rely on a leaked copy for long.
