Exzisus Is This Week's Arcade Archives Title On Switch 2 And Switch

Hamster has announced that Exzisus is joining the Arcade Archives lineup. The game launches digitally tomorrow, November 5, 2026, on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

Exzisus is a 1987 shooter released by TAITO. You control the Cosmo Fighter Robin and fight a mysterious army in the 4th Galaxy using a blaster and missiles. Collected items power up Robin, which can transform into Turbo Jet mode or summon bird and dog animal robots to help in attacks. Each stage ends with a giant robot, and you aim for its weak points.

The Arcade Archives series faithfully recreates classic arcade games. The original mode includes difficulty and display settings, button remapping, rapid-fire options, multiple save files and a rewind function. Some titles also recreate the look of a CRT TV. HI SCORE MODE and CARAVAN MODE let you compete for high scores with players around the world through Online Rankings. Hamster has also released a trailer for the game, which you can check out below.
