Elevator Action Is This Week's Console Archives Game On Switch 2
Hamster has announced that Elevator Action is the next addition to its Console Archives series. The game launches digitally tomorrow, November 5, 2026, on Nintendo Switch 2.
Elevator Action is a 1985 NES game. You play as a spy who has to evade and fight security guards, and it is available in both English and Japanese.
The Console Archives series brings classic home console games to modern platforms, and this release includes features that help you get through these older titles. Customisable button layouts, rapid-fire settings and multiple save points are included, and screen filters can recreate the look of a CRT TV from back in the day. The game is available in both the Japanese and English versions, but all in-game text is in English, as the original was designed that way.
Hamster has also released a trailer for the game, which you can check out.
