Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Switch 2 Uses FSR 1.0 And SMAA
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake on Nintendo Switch 2 will use AMD FSR 1.0 for upscaling and SMAA for anti-aliasing.
FSR 1.0 is an older upscaling technology, and Nintendo has used it, along with SMAA, on several of its first-party titles. The report does not say why Nintendo chose FSR 1.0 over the newer DLSS. The reason is unclear, but the report suggests it could be related to the game engine.
