Suda51 Teases Something Special For No More Heroes' 20th Anniversary

Suda51, the creator of No More Heroes, has hinted that a special project is planned for the series' 20th anniversary.

No More Heroes first came out in Japan at the end of 2007, and North America and Europe followed the next year. The series went on to get a direct sequel on the Wii and a third entry on Nintendo Switch, along with the spin-off Travis Strikes Again.

In a recent interview with Famitsu, Suda51 was asked about the anniversary, which falls next year. He said Marvelous, which owns the franchise, is aware of the date and that the two plan to make something together. He also said Travis Touchdown will definitely return.

Back in 2024 he had said he was unsure whether Travis would return, so this is a more positive note.

Travis Touchdown will definitely be back!
