Stellar Blade Is Out Now On Nintendo Switch 2
Shift Up has released Stellar Blade on Nintendo Switch 2 and is marking the launch with a live-action trailer. The video doesn't focus on gameplay, taking a different approach to the usual launch clip.
Stellar Blade is a post-apocalyptic action game about EVE, a member of the 7th Airborne Squad. Earth has been devastated by powerful creatures called the Naytiba, and the last survivors of humanity have fled to a Colony in outer space. EVE is sent down with a single mission: reclaim Earth and save humankind.
The game is built around fast, stylish combat. You'll carve your way through the ruins of Earth, master fluid attack combos, unlock new abilities and weapon upgrades, and face boss encounters that test both your reflexes and your strategy. As you go, you'll uncover fragments of the past and find that EVE's mission is more complicated than it first looked.
The environments range from desolate city ruins to mysterious landscapes, and the story is built around mystery, difficult choices and emotional revelations. The game is available at retail and digitally. If you want to know more before you start, we have a Stellar Blade developer interview on the site.
