Space Rock Breaker Announced For Nintendo Switch

Waka Waka has announced Space Rock Breaker for Nintendo Switch. The game is set to launch on October 30, 2026.

The game comes from Waka Waka and is a 2025 title that is now heading to Switch. Space Rock Breaker mixes an asteroid shooter with a Plinko machine. You shoot space rocks to mine ore, then drop that ore into a Plinko game to process it. What you get out can be spent on your skill tree, which lets you blow up bigger rocks.

The game is described as a short, incremental experience. You use lasers and missiles to destroy asteroids, and you can open lootboxes to find rare ores and secret rewards that help your progress. Spending credits on upgrades in the skill tree lets you improve your spaceship and weapons. The release date is October 30, 2026.
