Mega Man: Dual Override Reveals Tank Man, New Trailer
Capcom has revealed Tank Man, the next Robot Master in Mega Man: Dual Override, and shared a new trailer showing him.
Tank Man manages oil, and his wish to be acknowledged has pushed him to take over the oil storage facility.
The game is heading to Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch in 2027. Proto Man returns as a playable character with his own abilities, and the new Override system lets robots push past their normal limits for a short time, though performance drops once it runs out.
The Custom Chip system lets you equip abilities such as rapid-fire, a protective shield bubble and hover on Mega Man and Proto Man. There are eight new Robot Masters, including Twinkle Girl, who fights with firework-themed attacks. Defeated Robot Masters can be analysed and their abilities turned into special weapons.
The trailer also shows Astro Man from Mega Man 8, which Capcom hasn't confirmed as a playable Robot Master.
